Starting Over

I’ve been at the same job for almost 10 years. My boss is 90 years old and just told me that he’s not sure how much longer he can continue working. I don’t have a degree but am currently in my second year in an online program and will be graduating in 2020.

I’m terrified to start over as a 32 year old.
