So today I was having a discussion with my brother when this topic came up and I just want to see other people’s point of view. So... let’s say there’s a few people in the car and everyone but one person decides to wear a seat belt. Someone hits the car and the person not wearing a seat belt flies and hits another person in the car, killing them.

do you think the person that didn’t wear a seat belt should be charged with murder or at least be fined?

I’m not too sure about this one. I’m leaning more towards they should be fined or charged because it was their stupid decision to not wear a seat belt and it costed someone else’s life.
