I’m to the GET THIS BABY OUTTA ME!!! Point... but she’s not due till the 20th.. drinking raspberry tea 3 times a day.. dancing around the house.... give me all the home induction tips!!

Ok so I’m a first time mom so I don’t know if any of these work however I have collected a little list of things that people have suggested over the past few months on this app. I’m due at the end of March and will be trying these.....
Bouncing on yoga ball
Spicy Indian foods
Raspberry leaf tea at least once a day
LOTS of sex (DH hasn’t been keen but I’m hoping he’ll sympathise for purely medicinal reasons 😂)
Long walks

I am also due the 20th, and a FTM. I’ve been trying to walk a lot and doing squats and kegals....nothing so far. I go to be checked tomorrow and maybe I’ll have some progress.

Pineapple and I’m pumping for nipple stimulation 15/min a day!!! I feel the contractions when I pump so I’m hoping it helps me move on along so I can at least ge swept every week! Last week i couldn’t I wasn’t dilated fingers crossed I am tomorrow cause lord I’m so over it!!! I’m due the 21st being my third I was hoping to go a little early 🙄

To add to everything else suggested: Acupuncture, massaging the correct pressure points on your hands and feet, and Fresh pineapple, and 6 dates a day. Some of these will help “ripen” the cervix.
