Chiropractor and nausea concern

So I went to the chiropractor this morning and during my season i had to stop and run to the bathroom to through up. I felt really hot and dizzy right before.

I have gone to the chiro a few times before during my pregnancy and ob said it was fine. I just haven’t felt this sick since I was 5 month along.

He didn’t put any pressure on my belly. Only at one time when stretching my legs did my leg push on my stomach.

I’m just wondering if anyone else has felt this or should I call my ob? I feel fine now and it’s all passed
