Babymoon?

Struggling to decide if we should go on a Babymoon or not. Has anyone went on one and thought it was beneficial to their relationship/life?
Also, any suggestions for locations in or near California?

We're taking one in Carmel. I want to window shop, get a prenatal massage, eat seafood, and sit on the beach.

decided not to because of hubby's job and wanted to save money :( but right now, being almost 33 weeks all I want to do is be in Cancun or hawaii, with my toes in the sand and a virgin margarita in my hand lol

We did a small one both times. For our first we went to the beach for one night off season so it wasn’t expensive. It was super peaceful and relaxing! 
With our second baby we did the same thing but we took our son along, so it was a babymoon but also kind of not since it wasn’t just us.

You could visit Mexico or even do a cruise out of CA for cheap. Cruises are a nice choice because most things are taken care of for you, there is unlimited food and free childcare if you have other little ones. But you can’t cruise past 24 weeks.

Just booked ours in Palm Springs! i found a super cute little resort with a nice pool that I plan to lay at for a few days. I think we will drive to Joshua tree too while we are there. Someone below said Carmel. Also a great idea. Or Big Sur would be gorgeous too.

It’s hard because of Zika but I think we’re going to go to Hawaii before the twins come since thats going to change our lives.

Also, idk what area of Cali you’re in, but Big Bear Lake is always an option or Yosemite.

We’re going on one kind of on accident! 
Two of our really good friends are getting married out of state and we’re going for the wedding. I’ll be 28 weeks then. We decided to make it our own little baby moon since we’re already going on a trip. However, if we weren’t going for the wedding we probably would have just done a staycation in San Diego for a couple nights (we live just north of there).
