Accidentally got hit on my belly!

Question;
I was putting up an art frame on my wall when it accidentally started falling down which I tried to catch but in the process I accidentally hit my left side of stomach with the frame.
Should I go to the hospital???
I’m not bleeding but the left side hurts a little
