Weight loss tips anyone.

Hey guys any tips on how to lose weight. I’ve been currently doing a 7 minute hiit workout everyday (I’ve missed a few days due to illness) but I’m also wanting to build up my booty a bit plumper, I know squats is the way to go. Does anyone have any good tips on how you lost weight. I don’t want to diet as I have a young child so eating two different meals isn’t an option. Thanks.
