Nasal congestion worse at night ?

I take 
Zyrtec 
Nasal crom 
Sometimes Sudafed 
I have a humidifier with the vapor pads
I have breathe right strips 
 but NOTHING seems to help. 
What can I do I just want to breathe through my nose again especially at night !

You can skoosh salt water into your nose with a syringe thing, it feels pretty horrible but it helps clear anything out. The hospital used to have me do it for deviated septum. 
I have a humidifier and anti allergy pillows help a bit but im pretty used to this, being taken off all allergy meds for the whole pregnancy but i think the congestion is just pregnancy related, i have random nosebleeds too

I started Flonase in addition to my Zyrtec and that cleared it all up.  If you’re perpetually stuffy, maybe see an ENT to see if there are any defects or polyps in your sinuses.
