Scare at work this morning

So I’m a nurse on a cardiac floor and I work nights. This morning around 6 I was in a patient room and nearly doubled over from sudden sharp pain on the left side toward the middle of my abdomen. Thankfully my manager was in early and I told her I needed to go down to the ER. They did an ultrasound and confirmed the sac is in my uterus with an estimated due date of 10/9 and that I have a benign cyst in my cervix. My hcg levels were 2,033 and I will have them checked again on Thursday. The pain gradually subsided while I was in the ER and I feel absolutely fine now. They were unable to tell me what may have caused the pain- but now I expect it may have just been the worst gas pain I’ve ever had. How embarrassing! Has anyone else experienced pain like this? I’m crossing my fingers until I get my levels back on Thursday!
