Running makes me sick
Usually when I’m done running I always feel like complete 💩 but todays 3 mile run felt so bad. I have really bad allergies and I took a nap to see if it’d make me feel better but the left side of head HURTS so much like as if someone is pulling my left eyeball out or putting lots of pressure. It’s just the left side.
Do you guys think that it could be because I don’t drink sufficient water? I think at most I drank 10 fluid ounces this week. I’ve struggled for so long with water intake and I’m trying to be better at it. It might also just be because im on my period. It could also be because of the weather it was about 30 degrees outside. Does anyone feel unusually physically sick after runs? I don’t know how to pinpoint exactly the cause of this.
