On my way.💪
So I was 220 when I delivered my daughter.

Then I was 195 when I came home.

Now after making dietary changes and getting back to work, and nursing my daughter and chasing my 2 year old around. I'm at 164 I'm not where I want to be yet. But I'm getting there slowly 💪 when baby girls a bit old I'm going to start adding more workouts in before work.

I was doing paleo for a while t ok help my daughters eczema calm down, and it worked but I missed my breads, so I slowly added things back in, I'm not really doing anything besides trying to be self aware of how much and what types of foods I'm eating. Like reminding myself if its healthy foods(apples salads, grilled chicken) it's okay to have a little more rather than eating more junk. And I do the same thing like of this isnt healthy (rice, bread, fast food,) eat less of it cause its higher in calories I guess. Any one have any more ideas for a busy working mom of 2 to try and be healthier and get in to shape?
