TWW symptoms, could I be pregnant?!?

Hey all! I’m currently in my first TWW after tracking my ovulation with opk’s and bedding around those dates. I’m experiencing some symptoms that I’m waiting some insight on from those who have been pregnant before. :)

(3rd feb- Around 2-4 DPO I noticed small amounts of pink/red blood (only tiny amount on paper and not like AF) I only noticed it going to the bathroom on one occasion but enough to wipe a couple of times.

(5th feb- 4-6 DPO - tiny streak of the same blood on paper only once and hardly anything.

(6th feb 5-7 DPO two tiny pinhead drops of blood on paper once in morning. My cm has changed from the lotion like cm it has been since after ovulation to now a tiny bit of lumpy but most very stretchy white cm similar to ovulation cm but thicker and white.

*I also noticed blue veins on my breasts and my lower abdomen is a little tender. Frequent urination also.

I’m currently on cycle day 18 and don’t expect my period for another 9 days. Could these be pregnancy symptoms?
