Should I try a menstrual cup?

I’m very interested in a menstrual cup. However I’m not a tampon girl and I find it VERY painful to put one in. I’m very young so my cycle changes very often. One cycle my flow is heavy the the next it’s like regular discharge.

I use the Lena Sensitive both large and small and I love them.  The first few times putting them in was a little rough but once I got used to it and good at it I haven't had any problems.  I also HATED tampons, putting them in was not a good time.

I found my diva cup more comfortable than tampons. I also found wearing a tampon to be painful as well inserting and removing. No problems with a cup and have been using it for over 7 years now

You can get smaller menstrual cups. Amazon has good ones. Filter them priced low to high. The best one I've ever gotten was about 2$

Look on putacupinit.com but they have a good test to see what may work best for you. I found tampons very painful to put in and my first cup was also a bit painful. I eventually found a “Soft” cup from Me Luna and it’s exactly what I needed. They offer all their cups in a soft so it may be worth looking in to!!!
