Second cycle using a menstrual cup. First talk I used was the Athena cup. It didn't seal and wood leak and was very irritating. I suggested I took the put a cup in it test and they recommended the Lena cup. So I bought the two for one deal with the small cup and the big cup testing them out I find that the small cups can be rotated easily without much resistance once inserted. While the larger cup can also be rotated but not as easily with some resistance. On the website for Lena cup it states that the cup should not be able to rotate if it is sealed properly. Any suggestions or tips both fit comfortably and feel fine but they rotate when I tried to move them and this is said not to be good seal.
