Doppler advice

I’m 11+5 weeks and today my fetal Doppler arrived. I could catch the heartbeat between 125-140 for few seconds and barely heard the sound because it was so fast to go away. Is it really working? I’m not sure it was really my baby heartbeat 🤷🏻‍♀️ anyone experienced with Doppler please?
