Testing Saturday! Thoughts ?

Okay, so I am going to start testing Saturday which would make me 11dpo. I have taken clomid 100mg this round. I’m having some symptoms but I’m not sure if it is from pregnancy/implantation or side effects of clomid. My symptoms include, light to medium cramping in my pelvic area & lower back. I also have a feeling of pressure or fullness in my left ovary which I think is the ovary I ovulate from, but when I was pregnant with my son I had pains & the same feeling in my left ovary as well. My nipples feel a little sensitive but when I was pregnant the first time I didnt have much pain or sensitivity in my boobs at all. I kind of “feel pregannt” but I’m trying not to get my hopes up due to the fact that I took clomid & maybe that could be what I’m experiencing. Thoughts ?
