How far along am i ???

Question

I’ve always had VERY irregular periods. Theres times where i would get my period TWICE a year. 
Anyway i just recently fiund out I AM PREGNANT!! So happy! Still dont know how lol. 
I have an appointment with an OB until next week Tuesday! But im driving myself crazy because i wanna know when i conceived/ how far along i am. 
My last period was Nov 10 .

Any ideas????

Did you take a Clear blue digital test yet? Maybe that might give you a possible hint.

I would normally guess the week of the 26 on the first month but since you've had such long cycles it's hard to tell. Do you have any idea when you ovulated? That will be your indicator to figure it out.
