Pcos problems

So I was diagnosed with pcos, when I was 16. The doctor did an ultrasound, and diagnosed me with it. He said if worse comes to worse, we’ll just put you on clomid and you’ll get pregnant. Here I am. Married, almost 24, and struggling. I never thought I would have this issue, I mean my mom has it, and have 4 healthy babies! My husband and I have been kind of trying for about 2 years, with no luck. Recently I actually started taking ovulation tests. With all bfn. We can’t afford IVF. I’m just upset i guess.
