Gestational Diabetes?

I know no one on here is a doctor, but I need some advice. I am 17 weeks and lately I have been fainting a lot. I also have been shaking. Even after eating / drinking juice I still am faint. 
Can you share your experiences with gestational diabetes / the symptoms you had? 
I am a FTM, and I have a doctor appointment Monday where I will consult my doctor. I am just curious.

I would say this was more your iron levels or blood pressure. Have your midwife or doctor check them out for you.

I had gestational diabetes and never had any symptoms like that. Probably something else going on.

I don’t believe those to be signs of GD. Definitely bring up those symptoms to your doctor so they can figure out what’s going on.

I have GD. It's been diagnosed in third trimester. My fainting and other issues at the start of my pregnancy was due to me not eating and drinking enough and getting enough rest.
I didn't have any signs as such that I had GD. I might have been able to notice a few swings in my blood sugar but no one thought it would be due to GD - including my doctor and midwife.

I had GD with my 1st son and had absolutely no "signs" of it.
