Body measurements
I was curious if anyone takes their body measurements as well as tracking their weight?
I started doing this recently just because for the longest I noticed changes in my body but the scale wouldn’t budge & sure enough when I started tracking my measurements I was losing inches but not pounds.
So if you feel like throwing the scale out the window (like I do most days) try starting to track your measurements, it honestly keeps me on track because I have a sure way of knowing progress is being made.
