Hi! Can any of you lovely ladies help me figure out how and what I need to write up for an official maternity leave plan? I’m awful with words lol. My operations manager and I went over a plan we agree on and want to present it to our owner. I am due May 24th, 2019 and plan to work in my office until May 17th, 2019. I will continue to work from home until I go into labor but will take 2 fulls weeks off no work after the baby comes. After the 2 weeks I will continue working from home until August 5th, 2019, then I will be back in the office.

Any help, wording, or ideas would be so appreciated!
