Is the ultrasound wrong?

I had an ultrasound done a while back and I've just found out that according to that ultrasound I am a week less pregnant than I thought I was.
According to my last period and everything, I'd be 10 weeks 4 days now, but they just told me I'm supposedly 9 weeks today? Could I have got pregnant way after my period or is the ultrasound tech just off by a week?

Could be late ovulation late implantation, nothing to worry about so long as baby keeps growing.

Your ultrasound is based off of size of baby n such. Your due dates accurate based on what tech tells you

I don't think ultrasound could really be wrong. It's all based on what your sac and baby measure as. The ultrasound is just a picture. You might have just ovulated later than you thought or it could have taken the egg longer to drop
