My L&D nurse was giving me one the whole time I was pushing and I didn’t tear!

I didn’t do it with my first and I had a second degree tear. I just can’t bring myself to do it! I’m currently 33+5 and don’t know if I will do it for this one either 😫

I did it and it didn’t work but o LT because my baby was 9lbs, 12oz and I needed scissors and a vacuum for delivery. Will try it again with this one

I didn’t do it and I didn’t tear. So I guess not doing it worked for me 🤷‍♀️
