Do you get cramps then diarrhea after anal sex?

So I had anal sex last night, (which was surprisingly great) and then today around 8pm I had cramps in my lower abdomen and then diarrhea. I tried to look it up, and I found it might be IBS, but I couldn't find if anal causes it..
Trying to see if anyone else have had this happen..
