Is it wrong to not tell your S.O. about having an abortion?

I had an abortion on the 5th of February 2019. My doctor said it's likely going to cause a lot of emotional trauma, but I don't feel comfortable talking to my boyfriend about it. Plus he has a big mouth and his mom is really interested in our sexual life which makes me super uncomfortable. I'm a very personal person I don't like to share my details, and I've never wanted children.
