has anyone got this iud? side effects? pros & cons? what did you think about it ?

I had it. 
No side affects for me other than it made me bleed a day or two longer but it wasn’t heavy bleeding, more like spotting. Did have some breakthrough bleeding the first few months with it but once my body settle in with it, everything was great. I just had it removed Sep 2018 and got pregnant Oct 2018

I did. I hated it. Maybe bc my uterus is tilted. But it hurt and sex was.always painful

Had it and hated it. Extremely long periods (for my “normal”) about 9 days, heavy- super plus tampons needed, spotting after sex, it was just a disaster. And I had it over a year. Couldn’t take it anymore and had my OB yank it out.

I've had it three times. Once after my first baby, then again twice after my second baby. I really liked it, but decided not to get it again after my third only because of the scarring on my arm from having it inserted and removed. I really didn't want to add anymore. Aside from that though, I never had a negative experience. Now I have the copper IUD for nearly a year now and so far I really like that as well.

I had it and liked it. With the pill my periods were pretty light. With the IUD they were longer and heavier. But with nothing my periods are unbearable. It allowed me to breastfeed until my son told me he didn't want any more at 21 months without any problems.
