Financial CRISIS

I'm 21 and in 3,000$ in debt. I'm homeless and without a job. I asked my family for assistance and they disowned me. $2,000$ is in medical bills and $1,000$ is in student loans. I'm moving from Kentucky to Las Vegas (I have a long-term, 7-year friendship with someone there) to have a shelter. No one in Kentucky can/will help me. My debt has gone to collections and I have a plan with my student loans to pay $25 a month and my adult friend (40 years old) says if I pay $5 a month on my doctor bill I would be fine. I'm still worried. Advice? I'm thinking about stripping but you have to pay money to the clubs and such and put money into the game before you start playing and I only have 108$ to my name. I can't believe I have to choose survival over medical care. What do I do?
