Migraines
Today I got the worst migraine of my life, I normally don’t get headaches that bad but let me tell you it was bad, third time I’ve ever had one where it made me throw up (sorry if that’s gross ) but as I learned from my mom I drank some juice and took a nap and felt slightly better. But point being does anyone know a better way of reliving the pain quicker without medication? I’m 20 and don’t really enjoy taking pills. Thank you everyone!
