Diet suggestions
I’m 20yr and currently weighing at 200lbs. My weight has really been an issue all my life I was never obese as a child but I was definitely overweight and now I’m concerned about what this is doing to my body. No ailment known other then high blood pressure as far as I know right now but I’m really trying to get down to maybe 140lbs. I work all the time and I don’t have a whole lot of time for exercise but something definitely needs to change so any suggestions on quick easy meals I can make for 2 people throughout the week would be great.
