Opinions?

How do you balance college and a job without having to give up your good grades? I desperately need a job but so far I haven’t found anyone that is actually willing to work with my crazy schedule. My SO and I have started arguing because he says he always has to pay for everything and it’s about time “I get a damn job.” My grades are the most important thing because that is what gets me scholarships so that I actually get to go to college. What should I do? 😭
