Spotting 7 days before period

Today I've been spotting light pink blood and I don't start my period for the next 7 days !! And for a week now I've been nausea Sometimes when I wake up in the morning or sometimes at night but mostly at night , I've been having headaches every once in awhile it will last for a minute and then go away , I've been real moody sad mad happy !! And I've been so tried and lazy not wanting to do anything at all , And I've Been Having Gas Alot With Bubbling In My Stomach !!

COULD THIS BE A SIGN OF pregnancy!?
