Running low grade fever 5 weeks pregnant

I’m 5 weeks had togo to urgent care today because I ran 99 sometimes 100 fever all day yesterday. My 2 year old has passed her cold down to me.. I’m taking antibiotics now and Tylenol to make sure my fever doesn’t rise, i been having anxiety with my pregnancy.. this week is so important so many things developing. Will my fever affect any of that? Google

Is just scaring me with birth defects cause from a fever 😭
