We currently dont have any kids, but when we have a son my husband wants to pierce his ears as a baby. I'm not okay with it because I dont think it's cute, i feel like as a baby its feminine looking. If my son grew up and asked to get them pierced sure, I'd be all for my child expressing themselves and being comfortable in their skin. However, I'd pierce my daughter's ears as a baby if I really wanted to because it's cute, however watching my niece grow up with her earrings falling out as a baby and in her terrible twos and her putting everything in her mouth worries me for when I do have kids so I'm not 100% set on earrings. I didnt have mine until I was 10 and my husbands moms boyfriend threatened to kick him out if he got any piercings, when he wanted them for years back when he was under their roof, which is why I think this means a lot to him. We just cant agree, I want to see your opinions
