I dont know if this is called spotting. Today i am 5 weeks, symptoms are just cramps, back pain n breast tenderness. Ay 4 weeks 2 days my hcg was 899 amd now at 4 weeks 6 days it is 3194.

Today after getting my results came back home n peed and when i wipes i saw a small dot which was brightred in color. It wad exactly the size of a pinhead

After that nothing till now. Usual crampimg and leg pain.

I am so worried n even cried. Getting so nervous. Anything to worry.?
