This morning when I was I starting cramping severely (like I had diarrhea) and I went to the bathroom and there was a little red blood. Went again and there was a little more. Then the third time I went and saw this! Scared me so bad. But I left work and now only have light cramping and no blood at all. I called the Dr but he isn’t in the office. My only option is to go to the ER which will be extremely expensive.

What do you guys think? Is this a definite miscarriage?

UPDATE: the cramping got extremely bad like the worst I’ve ever felt and I passed a clot the size of a silver dollar so I’m pretty sure I miscarried. Won’t know for sure until I go in Monday to confirm. Thanks for the tips guys. Pray for me and my family we were all really excited. 😔
