Genetic testing covered by paramount?

I’m currently switching medical insurances right now but currently i still have paramount, i was wondering if any of you got genetic testing done, did they cover it all? If not how much did you have to pay out of pocket?

Mine is the nips/nipt test. My insurance will only cover the genetic testing the harmomy testing part they said id have to pay out of pocket.

If you do have go pay out of pocket just ask to be billed directly from the company. Our Dr office wanted 350. I contacted Harmony and they said no way they will bill me the 195 it actually costs

Typically it depends if you're considered high risk for chromosomal abnormality. You'd need to ask your dr and insurance based on your policy and circumstances.
