How to take birth control pills??

Question

Today is my day5 of the cycle and I was asked to take birth control pills from today. Can I know how to take the pills and at what time?

I started mine on CD3 this week. I specifically asked time of day and the nurse said morning to make sure it was long enough between when I went off the BCP and started stims (which I’ll do in the evening).

My nurse asked me to take them at night. Because I have slight migraine. I’m starting pills from today
