Please help!!

-TMI- I just went to use the bathroom and found whitish yellowy tiny flakes on the outside of my labia? And when I squished them between my fingers they turned creamy. My vagina doesn't have a smell nor does it itch. But also I'm on a bc pill and it's drying me out downstairs. Sex is painful. And I have had brown discharge for almost a month after starting the pill on the day of my period. Please anyone help.
