What helped your ovarian cyst/s?

I had one months ago and I think it came back again.
I was prescribed birth control (yaz) but didnt take it because my cyst went away in like 2-3weeks.
I'm scared if i have it again, my doc will want me to take birth control and I REALLY don't feel like taking it.

They usually go away on their own, if the doctor prescribed you bc to help than take it. There’s nothing else you can really do.

When I was going to acupuncture I mentioned I had an ovarian cyst and she said she could treat it. At my next visit to the doctor, a couple weeks later, they checked and it was completely gone! Could be just coincidence, but she treated it and it dissapeared.
