Is this a miscarriage or ?

Okay so I had posted last week that I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks but was reading 5 weeks 6 days. Then I got a call from OBGYN saying I had BV but could not take anything for it until my 12 weeks. Okay, so I was confused on what to do. I had my follow up ultrasound this Saturday and nothing had grown, it was exactly the same. They did not tell me if there was a heartbeat or not. I am suppose to be like 9 weeks according to my LMP and 7 weeks after my first ultrasound and I am just behind. I don’t know what this means. I have to wait til Monday to get in to my actual doctor. I have no bleeding at all, no cramping, I am not really feeling anything. I have kind of already come to accept that I am probably having a missed miscarriage but I still want to know if this has happened to anyone before? Could the baby just be growing slow or is there no hope? Thank you..
