Weight while pregnant
I literally just found out I was pregnant again and with my first I gained **50 POUNDS** during my pregnancy.. oops🤦🏽‍♀️I do not want to/cannot do that this time! I do know my whole family gets big while pregnant and some is genetic but I want to control it much better this time!
I’ve also recently lost about 18 lbs by eating one meal a day and doing low carb.. is it okay to continue this?
Any tips on how NOT to gain much while pregnant?!?!
