Day 3 of keflex for ingrown toenail....?

I’m going on my third day of 7 for taking this antibiotic for my ingrown toenail. The last 2 days it didn’t show any signs of improvement or change and today it looks a bit white. Is this the antibiotic working?

My partner has had an ingrown toenail twice now both times the antibiotics didn’t work he had to have it removed then took antibiotics. Best of luck

I had to get my ingrown toe nail removed then it got better, nothing worked before the removal

Maybe peroxide would help boost the process along.
