How to stop breastfeeding?

Weird question. Most people ask how to up their milk supply. I want to know how to quite? I pump twice a day for my 1 year old and I am 14 1/2 weeks pregnant and it causes me stomach discomfort while pumping every once in a while so I am wanting to stop. I hate the feel of my boobs being full of milk so I have not been successful stopping  cold Turkey. Anyone have any suggestions?

I breastfed for 14 months and then stopped. You have to completely quit pumping and nursing and your boobs are going to get FULL. You can hand express to relieve some of the pressure but don’t over do it. Every time you express, it’s telling your body to make that much more. Hot showers will help with your discomfort too, along with hot wash cloths on your boobs. It took my boobs 10 days to finally not be overly full and they got better by the day after that.

I’ve used pseudofed (that nasal medicine) I might have spelt that wrong but I used it to dry up my milk both times and it worked amazing. It took about a week or week and a half but it works. I asked the pharmacist the kind that are safe for a breastfeeding woman.Good luck
