Flabby belly? Lol

I’ve had a hard belly for awhile now and just today I noticed that it’s flabby like I’m not even pregnant. When I touch my stomach it dosnt  feel hard at all. I’m 36 weeks is this normal?

what part? with my 1st i asked my ob he said its nirmal if they move cause sometimes they go lay way in the back so it can get soft ymor you could be touching a side where theres not much of the baby.. the hardest parts are booty and head... you cant map/track babys body parts?
