Engorged breast
Hey ladies, I just had my son 6 days ago, and am exclusively formula feeding. My milk just came in, and my breasts are engorged, extremely sore and swollen. I just noticed tonight I have a hard lump in the top of my left breast. Its not painful. Should I be concerned or what should I do?
