IBS Painful!!!
Recently got diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and It’s been getting hard to adjust to it,I take medication to help but these stomach cramps are really painful and everything I eat seems to upset it,does anyone have any tips to help with the pain? Or things to help it?
