Trying to conceive

Ladies, I have been trying to conceive for what seems like forever. It’s been over a year now. Two years ago I had an ectopic pregnancy and lost one of my tubes. I also have endometriosis. Is there anything I can do to help this process? I’m starting to get devastated.
