Almost 16 weeks... took 3 hits off a cig and feel AWFUL.
I quit smoking when I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks. I just took 3 drags off of a cigarette and feel so awful I could do such a thing to my little one. :( I’m sobbing, and I won’t ever do something like that again. The DH and I had a horrible fight and I wasn’t even thinking about the consequences of my actions. Is baby going to be ok? :( I’m so worried I did something irreversible.
