could anyone not get a BFP?

i’m definitely pregnant i’ve had an ultrasound but i can’t for the life of me get a positive pregnancy test??? so has this happened to anyone else? i wouldn’t of found out if i didn’t get an ultrasound to diagnose pcos

My friends sister in law never got a positive even after the dr confirmed she was pregnant and even at two or three months pregnant... still never got a positive on a home pregnancy test.

Do you know how far along you are? Could it be something to do with the pcos? That might be a stretch but maybe there is something hormonal interfering with the test results
