so i haven’t had my period in over a year and i never been on birth control or anything like that i have gone to the doctor but they said it could be my hormones.. but i was wondering if you could still get pregnant? 
and if so would would it be safe to get pregnant 😩

If you’re not having a period you aren’t ovulating. You’re going to need medical intervention if you’re wanting to get pregnant. But once pregnant there’s no reason why it shouldn’t work out for you.

I recently had a smiliar problem to this about me not getting my period ..I went a few months of course still worried but decided to go to by Obgyn he also mentioned i had hormone probs and for me to get pregnant id have to take some medication. Id go get checked out and see what the doc will tell you , if you're wanting your period they'll most likely recommend birth control atleast in my case thats what they were recommending but me and my spouse have decided to get pregnant currently on my 2nd cycle of clomid :)

Do you have an osteopath near where you live? My friend was constantly missing periods and went to an osteopath and found out that her uterus had shifted towards one hip and that was why she wasn't getting her period

“Safety” I’m getting pregnant has more to do with your overall health, so that’s a question for your doctor.
If you’re not ovulating, you can’t get pregnant, but that doesn’t mean you’ll never ovulate, so if you just happen to have sex around the time that you suddenly ovulate, pregnancy could happen.
Since your doctor thinks it may be a hormone issue, they should send you to get blood work done to check your levels. That will give them a better idea of why you’re not having periods and then they can advise you on your options.
